Driven deformation is the proprietary technology developed by ST that's used to assemble the company's products.
Like in the case of crash testing in the automotive industry, the reaction to an impact must be designed so that the
structure cushions the force of the impact via a series of pre-determined deformations.
We do the same thing here at ST, and this has led us to pursue materials of greater performance, as well as ideal shapes
and sizes for obtaining the perfect impact.
